On Friday, we flew to Atlanta to be with Philip's family for his brother Steve's wedding on Saturday. Despite a flight delay and some major traffic in Atlanta (which resulted in a midnight bedtime for Lia) we made it safely to Philip's parents house on Friday night. On Saturday, we all went to Marrietta for Steve and Natasha's wedding ceremony, then had a luncheon at Schillings in the square with both families. It was a wonderful celebration, and we were so lucky to get to be there for the event! Natasha looked beautiful and Steve had a huge smile on his face all day long!! It was obvious how happy they both were. Lia got to spend time with her aunts and uncles and cousins, which was fun for everybody. That evening, the rest of Philip's family came over for dinner. We had a great time visiting with everyone and stayed up too late visiting with Philip's parents after the rest of the group headed home. Lia was an absolute trooper, and I couldn't be more proud of her! She was a happy camper throughout the trip and never cried even at her most exhausted moments. Here are some pics from the trip:
