Condo

We recently bought a condo down in Orange Beach. The previous owner was an old lady who had lived (and smoked) in it for about 20 years. So, needless to say, we have got our work cut out for us! We went down about a week ago for Philip to see the place for the first time and to meet with carpet cleaners, contractors, etc. Work began last week and will probably continue over the course of the next 3-4 weeks. We are really excited to see how everything turns out when its all done! Here are a few "before" and "during" pictures. I will post the "after" photos when we get the place all fixed up (which we hope will be by December, so we can put it in the rental program beginning in January.)
